Sound records: if you turn on recorder to record you voice, it store in your device, if you share it, it will upload to server. you can delete it in the works list.
Your reading history: it will mark the one you read, you will know that what you have read.
All data is not connected with your Apple Account, it will not used by Third Party.

If you have iCloud Sync enabled, your bookmarks and app settings will be uploaded to Apple's iCloud Servers, so they can automatically sync across all your other devices. We don't have access to that information. If you have any more questions
